Once I see a deal I like how do I choose one?We made it very simple. 1. Select the deal you would like and customize the deal with the options listed. 2. Select the date from the availability calendar, or if you don't have a date in mind and want to leave the date open then simply by choose the box "don't have a date in mind?" and you can contact the merchant at a later date and set a date directly with the merchant when you are ready. 3. Click on the "BUY NOW" button and finish filling out your personal information and payment details. Your deal voucher will be in your "my account" section under "my purchases". It's that simple!
How do I receive my Voucher?Your voucher will be in the "my account" tab on the top right of the page. In the my accounts section click the link that says "my purchases". This will take you to a page that displays all your purchases. You can download and print your voucher from this section at any time after purchase.
How do I redeem my voucher?First print your voucher. If you selected a date from the calendar at the time of purchase you're all set and the merchant will be ready for you on the date you have reserved. If you didn't select a date at the time of purchase you must contact the merchant directly and make a reservation at least 72 hours in advance. Please keep in mind that this option is subject to the merchants availability and may have restrictions like blackout dates for special events by the merchant or holidays among other things.
How long do the Citylife deals last?Each deal is offered for a very limited time and can sell out quickly. In most cases inventory is limited, so act fast to lock in the discounted specials you see.
Can I buy a deal as a gift for someone else?You sure can. Upon checkout just enter the gift recipients name so it will be printed out on the voucher. After purchase you will then be able to print out the voucher and give it to the gift recipient.
Can I change the date that I selected on my purchase?Unfortunately the merchants offer deals based on their daily availability so once you select the date you will not be able to change it so please carefully consider your date before purchasing.
I just bought my Voucher, How do I use it?Go to the "my account" tab on the top right of the page. Click on "my purchases" and you'll see all your purchases. Print your voucher and take it with you on your day of fun. If you selected a date from the calendar at the time of purchase then you are all set and the merchant will already know that you are expected to arrive on the date you selected. If you did not select a date at the time of purchase you must contact the merchant directly and make a reservation at least 72 hours in advance. Please also make sure to read and acknowledge the fine print & deal highlights before you purchase any deal.
Can I combine my Citylife voucher with any other offer?No, Not unless the terms and conditions of the deal state otherwise.
What if my voucher doesn't print?Please check your printer settings and printer to make sure it's set to print, and it's all functional and still isn't printing contact us. We will make sure one way or another you'll have the voucher you purchased.
What if the merchant doesn't honor the deal?This has never happened but if it did contact us and we will make sure everything is honored the way you bought the deal unless something prevented them from honoring the deal such as a natural disaster or something along those lines.
I have made a purchase, and I am encountering unexpected issues. What do I do?Please contact Vodabing customer service by sending a ticket though the form on the left. Please make sure to include as much detail as possible so we know how to help.
Are taxes and gratuity included in the purchase price?In order to comply with local business laws, we will not collect taxes or gratuity for any service deals offered on our site.
